A Lovely Voice on a Not-So-Lovely Day

This school year has yet to surprise me. Or, better said, I have yet to surprise myself this semester. As usual, I am convinced that leaving all four of my essays until a week before the due date is a great idea. I have far more important things to worry about such as finishing One Tree Hill Season 3, making hot dogs, watering plants, trying to find a way to still be the Governor General of Canada, looking for a way to meet Anderson Cooper so he can fall in love with me... the usual distractions.

Well, I must give myself a pat on the back, because I have managed to continue my career in procrastination. If only I could put that on my resume. I am CEO material, right here. I already have a black corporate-looking skirt, mandatory Banana Republic silk trendy dress shirt in a bold color that says "be intimidated by me" and I will have a degree that somewhat relates to business in about 7 months from now. The last point is the most important because if I have learned anything during my last five years in the liberal arts degree program, it is how to twist my more-or-less lack of related experience into the exact thing ANY business or person is looking for.

Also, this song makes me very happy:

Poor Coco Chanel

This little concoction may or may not have broken Coco Chanel, my computer.
If it attacks again, though, I will be declaring war with muesli.  Rosie (Mari's mom) would be proud I made it.
It is swiss traditional muesli and very delicious.
